Corporate and Business Analysis
Lindy Bedard certified graphologist and handwriting specialist, provides analysis services to corporations, firms, businesses, organizations, and those looking for homecare and childcare workers.
One of the most important uses for graphology is by employers. By having hand written samples of employees and candidates analyzed, they are able to create a more productive team that will work better together. New candidates, too, can be analyzed to make sure they are a good fit for the company.
A recent study at Princeton University determined that 4 out of 5 people are wrong for the job for which they have been hired, and in the sales field, 85% of employees are eliminated within 3 months.
That kind of turnover is very expensive in terms of dollars and employee morale. Employers get discouraged because too few employees live up to the claims on their resume; background checks are not always reliable; and some people have made a career out of giving the "right" responses in interviews.
Parents hiring care for their children or for family looking to find assistance with their own parents might be able to avoid the tragic occurrences that can occur towards children and the elderly.
Lie detectors have been restricted by federal law since the 80's. The best alternative is handwriting analysis of employees or potential candidates. It is an almost perfect score as a non-discriminatory employment test because it does not reveal gender, race, religious affiliations, mode of dress, age marital status, or handicaps.
More big businesses are using handwriting analysis to screen applicants. Loss prevention is key in business. Analysis also indicates energy levels, emotional states, loyalty, thinking patterns, achievement skills, goal orientation, levels of deceit, signs of procrastination, depression, and impatience. An analysis can also determine personal dynamics, motivating forces, ego strength, intellectual style, communication style, defenses and control, vitality, interpersonal control, work style, sales style, management style, or any potential red flags.
Graphology is used extensively in Europe, particularly France where 90% of all recruiters turn to handwriting analysis to place the most compatible person. It is now widely used in the U.S. as human resource managers have less time to assess the huge number of apparently similar applicants for each position.
